Profile:
A native of West Columbia, South Carolina, Tiffany Burkett obtained her Juris Doctorate from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. While at Mercer, Tiffany received her Certificate of Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting from the Legal Writing Program. She was also the recipient of two CALI awards for legal writing. While in law school, she clerked for the Laurens County Juvenile Court in Dublin, Georgia. Tiffany received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and History from Wofford College.
Prior to starting her own firm, Tiffany began her legal career at the law firm of Setzler and Scott, P.A. in West Columbia and then as a partner at Collins & Burkett Law Firm, LLC. She has been in private practice for eleven years, serving Cayce, Chapin, Columbia, Irmo, Lexington, West Columbia and the surrounding areas. Her practice encompasses general civil and domestic litigation, corporate organization, business mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and probate administration as well as real estate.
